I called the store to put a set of junior clubs on hold. I had confirmed that they had 1 set in stock and I was told that they would put the clubs at the front register with my name on it. When I arrived, I was told that the person made a mistake and they didn’t have the clubs. He said it was corporate who had to update their system, which shows incorrect inventory. He also said that none of the other stores would have it as they simply did not carry that specific girl’s model, and only carried the boy’s model. I called the Katy store and they had 2 sets left. I put one set on hold and bought it over there. I wasted about 1 hr of driving because of person’s mistake.
I walked in here on a Monday evening and got fantastic service from Mike. He was able to educate me on selecting the right driver for my swing and budget, taking the time to evaluate data points on the simulator and suggesting future purchases. Would highly recommend - and ask for Mike
Good place to get equipment. Many friendly folks to help out. I prefer some other golf shops but picked up some golf balls and tees at a great price !!!
