a month agoWorst experience for golf lesson. This was my child’s very first golf lesson, and it ended up being a complete waste of time. When I booked the lesson, the club indicated that equipment would be provided. However, when we arrived, the coach insisted that we bring our own full set of golf clubs. I explained that this was our child’s first-ever lesson, and we simply wanted to see if they were interested in golf before investing in equipment. For a 30-minute introductory lesson, I expected the coach to cover the basics—such as proper stance, how to hold a golf club, and the fundamentals of the swing. There was no need for a full set of clubs for an absolute beginner. I also pointed out that there were plenty of clubs at the facility that appeared to be available for students. After some hesitation, the coach reluctantly took out a single club, but still refused to conduct the lesson. She said every golf club feels different and recommended that students bring their own clubs instead. If the facility is not willing to teach complete beginners without their own equipment, they should clearly state that requirement before booking or simply not offer beginner lessons. At the very least, they should contact customers in advance by phone or email to cancel or explain the policy—not wait until families arrive and then refuse to teach the lesson.Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a child’s first introduction to golf.

11 months agoBeen wandering around nobody asked me for help. I’ve had probably six people next to me so far I’m looking for a groove cleaner or a groove sharpener. If you’re gonna hire people here and just do inventory and not ask for help for anybody, I would hire them later not have them later on in the day with people walking around and then have them walk right by you.

a year agoMy coworker and I went there yesterday. We asked an older gentleman if we can use the simulator bay. He said $40 an hour. We said we only wanted to try some irons. He let out s big sigh and an eye roll like he was being bothered. He was not welcoming at all and it seems like he hates his job. We went to the PGA Tour Superstore instead and it was a hundred times better experience.

a year agoWorst club fitting experience. The instructor must hate his job… no advice to give, no help, bad attitude and either was having a bad day or just really hates his job... Do not waste your time for a club fitting here and would highly recommend going somewhere else.
