in the last weekAwesome experience with this store! Bought a set of golf clubs online, went to try them out in store before pick up, they were super knowledgeable, very friendly. Went across the street to dicks to pick them up and that was the worse experience of my life…manager tried to give me a brand new set of clubs in a plastic bag, no plastic wrapping on the club head. Clearly a test set. Was a jerk from the start. I did a return immediately and he told me he couldn’t give me a return receipt and he “has done hundreds of returns before and he’s not trying to steal my money and no one asks for receipt.” Called corporate got my receipt and right back to galaxy I went. Told them what happened, and they got me all set up in no time! Even gave me a discount off for the hassle. I will absolutely be headed back there for many of my golf needs!

4 months agoI walked into the store and wasn't greeted by anyone. Walked around the store stopping at different areas was not asked by any staff member if I could be helped. Went to the front desk asking about club fittings, I was told I have to go through the website. Walked around a little bit more and still no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. So I walked out. Total time spent at store 20 minutes.
