5 months agoI will start positive. The facilities are nice enough. Unfortunately the service is less than one star. I had a Groupon coupon and the lady I gave it to smirked and said "good you came in today as we are not accepting these after today". This despite an expiration date of 2/23/26 plainly stated on the printed paper. I smiled and let it go. After payment she simply pointed and said "last bay on this side". So we had to figure out how the screen worked on our own. Would have been nice if someone had given us basic instructions on options and setup. After we finished our hour, we noticed an advertisement on some of the tables about "Couples Night". We decided to inquire but were told nonchalantly, "that was a special we had last summer". So you have several advertisements out for some special that expired months ago! I hope that this was just one employee and is not representative. However, it was enough to make me decide I would go elsewhere.
