Urban Golf Performance’s Carmel-by-the-Sea studio sits on Mission Street just northwest of 6th Avenue, in the village center of Carmel. It is the Monterey Peninsula outpost of UGP, the coaching company that treats swing, body and equipment as one program, and it runs by appointment.
The approach is the same as at UGP’s other locations. A relationship starts with an assessment: a conversation, then a full analysis of how you swing, move and are fit for your clubs. It continues as a plan led by a team of coaches, with every session building on the last. UGP’s coaches come up through the company’s internal Q-School, so the philosophy stays consistent. Its roster of players includes tour winners.
Coaching, club fitting and membership programs are arranged through UGP directly, and rates are quoted when you book. Rates change, so confirm current pricing with the venue before you go.
