Mercer County Golf Academy, located at 1 Wheeler Way in Princeton, New Jersey, is a full-service golf teaching and training facility operated by Simductive Golf. It offers private lessons, simulator rentals, club fitting, adult clinics, and junior programs for players of all ages and skill levels. The academy’s mission is to help every golfer improve their game through professional instruction, modern technology, and personalized training plans.
The academy provides lessons at several local courses including Princeton Country Club, Mercer Oaks, Mountain View, and Hopewell Valley Country Club. Private lessons are available with certified instructors at three levels — Master, Head Pro, and Staff Pro — with 30-minute and 1-hour sessions or discounted multi-hour packages. Winter simulator lessons are also offered from November through March, giving students a chance to continue training indoors. Each package includes practice time on advanced simulators after lessons.
Mercer County Golf Academy features a 6,000-square-foot indoor facility with three high-tech simulators using aboutGOLF 3TRAK® technology. The space also includes a 600-square-foot indoor putting green and a full Club Fitting Center. Golfers can rent simulators for $50–$55 per hour and split sessions between two players. Membership options include weekday simulator passes and 10-hour packages, which allow players to practice regularly at discounted rates.
For those interested in club customization, the academy offers professional club fitting services using Mizuno’s Shaft Optimizer 3D technology. Fitting sessions include evaluations of club head type, shaft flex, weight, and grip size to match each golfer’s swing. Services also include re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and wedge grinding. The $150 fitting fee is waived with a club purchase, and all clubs are checked again after six months to ensure proper performance.
The Adult Programs include group clinics for beginners and intermediate players, focusing on fundamentals like grip, posture, and swing technique. More advanced clinics cover full-swing mechanics, putting, and chipping. Players can also build their own custom clinic with friends and schedule it around their availability.
The Junior Academy offers leagues, camps, and year-round programs to teach kids the basics of golf while promoting discipline, teamwork, and confidence. Young golfers progress through developmental stages to improve their swing and understanding of the game, all while learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Mercer County Golf Academy also uses the 5 Simple Keys (5SK) golf instruction system, which focuses on five core principles shared by all great ball strikers: steady head, weight forward, inline impact, diagonal sweet spot, and clubface control. Students can take a five-hour lesson package to learn and apply these fundamentals.
With certified coaches, professional facilities, and advanced technology, Mercer County Golf Academy provides everything a golfer needs to practice, learn, and improve year-round. Whether you are a beginner, an experienced player, or a junior golfer, the academy offers programs designed to help you reach your goals and enjoy the game.
