Albatross Screen Golf is an indoor golf facility located at 638 Columbia Street Extension, Suite 2, in Latham, New York. It offers golfers of all levels a high-quality virtual golf experience using ImpactVision technology. The system provides full HD visuals, real-time data feedback, and realistic weather settings to make every round feel like the real thing. Online same-day bookings are not available and must be made at least one day in advance. Phone bookings are accepted at any time by calling 518-545-3150. Bays #1 and #6, which are designed for left-handed players, can only be reserved by phone.
Golf lessons are available for beginner and intermediate players and include guidance from an AI coach. Lessons cost $70 for one hour plus a $20 simulator fee, or members can use the simulator for free. Lesson packages are available at $300 for six sessions or $550 for eleven sessions. Each lesson includes 40 minutes of instruction and 20 minutes of practice.
Albatross also hosts both single and team golf leagues. The single league costs $120 per player, while the team league costs $240 for two players. Each league runs for three weeks, with weekly matches held at set times. Prizes include cash and gift cards, and all participants must complete a three-hole pre-game to determine their handicap for fair play.

4 months agoI like the setup and the prices are good. Unfortunately that’s about it. You get what you pay for I guess. Walked in to him sleeping in the chair today as I waited to be checked in. Usually go with 4 people and ask to split bill at the end and he always seem to be frustrated by that. Today I asked a simple question about how to make it so I can hit an iron off the tee and he started to throw a fit and putting his finger right up in our faces. Made a huge scene about a simple question. Unfortunately there is a major language barrier so it makes it very difficult to communicate anything to him. The owner is very unprofessional. I’ve seen him react the same way to multiple people unfortunately. On top of that hes charged extra time onto a tab that we did not use. Do not recommend.

4 months agoHad my first visit and while the technology was impressive, other areas were not. I see from other reviews as well as a caution from my sister, they have a tendency to try and have you pay twice. Well this happened on a smaller scale for me and my group. One member ordered a drink and was informed they would put it on the bill. When we were done, he asked if he could pay for the drink separately. The man at the register seemed to make a face that it was an inconvenience but appeared to work on his touch screen and tell my friend the cost of the drink which he paid and tipped in cash. I then paid for the group and when looking at the receipt, the drink was not removed at all?? I understand it may seem trivial compared to other stories but its the principal.

5 months agoMade a reservation for a large bay with the owner/operator a few days prior to reservation date. Upon arrival, the same owner/operator denied me the large bay and argued with me while waving his finger in my face telling me I was not allowed to use a larger bay. Spend your money elsewhere.
