The Club House at Seneca One is Buffalo’s premier downtown golf simulator and event space, located at 1 Seneca Street, East Clubhouse, Buffalo, New York. It offers a private, appointment-only experience for golfers and event hosts looking for a fun and modern indoor setting.
The facility features a high-end Foresight Sports GCHawk simulator that allows guests to practice or play full rounds with friends in a private environment. Rentals are designed for groups of one to six people and cost $40 per hour, for a limited time. Clubs are available to borrow for both right-handed and left-handed players at no extra charge.
The Club House also offers private event rentals for larger gatherings of up to 40 people. Events such as birthday parties, corporate outings, graduations, bachelor parties, stags, and football watch parties can be booked starting at $100 per hour, plus tax. Guests can bring in their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic drinks such as beer, cider, seltzers, and mixed drinks are available for purchase on-site.
An optional add-on hour for setup or decorating before the event can be booked for $50. Bookings must be made and paid for in advance through the website. Proof of booking, confirmed by an email from Square, is required at check-in. Guests staying beyond their booked time will be charged $50 plus tax for every 15 minutes over.
The Club House is family-friendly and open to guests of all ages. Music can be played through the in-house Bluetooth speaker system or by bringing your own device.
Parking is available along Seneca Street, in the Main-Seneca lot across the street, or in the underground Seneca One parking garage off Washington Street.
Operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
